Stalked Her: Because when a 5'10 giggly wisp walks by, you sort of have to notice.
Shot Her: Because she admitted her "Chloe" wedges were discount, and that made them look even cooler.
She Says: "I'm from Perth, Australia - I've only been in America for a few days. New York is incredible, but I didn't realize how cold it would be, so I didn't really pack any proper winter things. That means I've been doing some crazy layering - sweaters under blouses, two dresses worn together - but everyone seems to like it!"
