Project Runway sweetie Michael Knight has changed his name to Mychael and gotten a new gig: he’s designing tees for Starbucks, and doing a coffee national tour. Look for him today in Seattle, then next week in LA, Chicago, Miami, and Atlanta.
After his whirlwind Starbucks hop, Mychael promises (theatens?) to unleash a fragrance and a clothing line – called Kitty + Dick – on the world.
We can’t forget last season’s finale, when Walmart buyers appeared in the front row and told Heidi they were smitten with Mr. Knight. The store does seem like a perfect home for his future collections – especially if they’re as derivatively disco (read: shiny. short. gold.) as his final collection for the show.
