Racing to one last show (Alice + Olivia) and one last party (Trovata’s faux Romanian bash) and then we’ll be back with major fashion recaps on Monday. In the meantime, here’s one last trend that seeped through the runways: purple everything, as seen by the powers of Posen last night. Purple happens to be my favorite color, but it’s also the most useful one for a cocktail dress - you can dump a glass of wine on it, and even if it stains, you can’t really tell. Not that Coco or Bruna would ever have a klutz moment…
