America's Next Top Spoiler?

Apologies for two Top Model posts so close together, but perhaps this shouldn't wait (and perhaps, like me, you are watching a Top Model marathon on VH1 right now instead of going to the gym):

Wikipedia has a thorough catalogue of Top Model trivia and contestants that goes all the way through this season.

Their chart includes the winners and runner ups of each show, and for Cycle 8, we learn that - allegedly - the big modeling trip is to Australia.

The site also pins Dionne as the winner and Jael as the runner up... which is enough of a shocker for us to think that Wikipedia is lies, all lies...

Update: Wikipedia wimps out, changes the entry so the winner and runner up are now unlisted. To be continued...

Uh, did anyone scroll down the page and read that the winner of Turkey's Next Top Model was none other than Busta Rhymes? Scroll down to the very bottom of the page. Woo Hah!

The Australia part I definitely believe. They haven't gone there yet and Tyra was spotted Down Under not too long ago (the "fat" swimsuit photos). As for the winner, maybe it could be Dionne, but Jael? Ha. That's a good one. My money is on Brittany or Renee. Or Jaslene. Jael....ha.

Love Dionne, but this happened last season too-- it said Melrose was the winner and we all fell for it.

Up until she was kicked off, they had Samantha as the runner-up. As in, that girl from Alabama who lasted two weeks.

From what I've read elsewhere, it's based on TV interviews that have gone in order (so far) of the eliminated girls...and the last two interviewed were Dionne and Jael.

As for Australia, TV Guide's already spoiled that.

Wait a minute--sometimes the mean girl does win. Don't you remember Eva the Diva? She was bitchy but then all contrite towards the end in Japan, and then she was crowned by Tyra. And Adrienne was hardly a saint, and she won. Renee could very well win this season!
