We hear design ingenue Chris Benz is launching his own sunglasses line.
This is a huge step for any emerging designer, but for Chris it’s even cooler:
The Seattle native has teamed with the company that makes Johnny Depp’s sunglasses!
Besides the new ability to star-check - and the dose of unreachable cool that the shades will lend his Fall collection - the glasses also show that Chris can expand and his brand, which is exactly what the Vogue CFDA committee wants to see in its nominees.
Make a note for future predictions, and now back to the important things…
Like Johnny Depp.
