Dance the Pole, Lily Cole

Lily Cole is on the cover of Arena, a British lad magazine.

Though she’s been naked in some high fashion shoots, she’s covered here in assorted bikini tops and - memorably - some tassels.

Meanwhile, in the interview she confesses that she never really knows when she’s dating someone - we can empathize there - and then vows to have babies so the world has more red heads.

The cover hits newsstands on Monday - the same day that Vogue’s Top Model cover debuts.

Though she’s been in Vogue many times - and taken a few Brit Vogue covers - Lily’s not included in the new issue.

Do you think Arena is a better move for her?

that lingerie is incredible.

but anyway back to the question "is this a good look for her" id say absolutely YES, only because you can't just be loved by fashion junkies and queens. its important to appeal to men. the bulk of men dont really know about models until they hit a mens magazine anyway. its good exposure.

Better move? Well that depends on what her destination is... or did you want us to pick that too? :) Aye carumba. I dunno. It makes her different from her cohorts, so it makes her a little vulnerable to criticism. But people who get catty on someone just cos they're doing something different aren't really worth pleasing. My opinion, which admittedly also doesn't matter, is that the pics are sexy but not cheap, and I think it's cool and bold of Lily to make this move, and I'd love to know what destination has she chose for her career that caused her to make this very interesting move.

Sorry, my grammar is all screwy in that last sentence and I don't know how to fix it!

this is not the lily cole we met. it's definitely her more sexually free and rambunctious twin. i think i prefer her sister better (believe it or not).
