Kate Moss

Fashion Irony, Via Kate

lookmoss_468x865.jpg
Sir Phillip Green issued a staunch warning today to anyone caught copying Kate Moss’ new line:

“Everything’s copyrighted and I will sue.”

We love Kate and can’t wait to buy the clothes, but let’s be realistic here:

Everything from Kate Moss’ line has already been copied - by Kate and the TopShop design team!

Between the New York Post article - cleverly called “DupliKate” - and The Daily Mail’s thorough deconstruction of the range, it seems maybe 10% of the collection is original.

Meanwhile, we wonder how Kate’s team feels about this

Is that a Kate shrinkie-dink?

do you remember shrinkie-dinks?

I use to give my shrinkie-dink smurfs what I now recognize as marimekko-like print pants.
