WHICH skincare line can’t find it’s next face? They mulled signing an It Girl, but didn’t think the damage she’s done through smoking, drinking, and tanning could be repaired with makeup. Also: they were nervous about all the paparazzi photos where she looks less than glowing.
Girls, don’t smoke - it can cost you a fortune. About $750,000 per ad, to be exact.

Well it can't be Lindsay (my first guess) because she's already signed with proactive. Hayden from Heros is/was already a Neutrogena girl as was Mischa Barton (and mandy moore! but she's hardly an "it" girl) and they were my other guesses. Nicole and Paris both have beautiful skin (well, it's always very clear at least..DAMN THEM!) I can't really think of any other boozing, smoking "it" girls. I guess it depends on if you mean Hollywood it girls or fashion it girls because they are usually very different. I guess I'll go with Sienna as she sort of straddles the "it" girl line for both fashion and hollywood and I've seen pictures of her skin looking ICK! even though she's beautiful.
