It's Gemma - WWD did a piece on the ads last year, because John Galliano made her crash into that background over and over again to get the shot, and he was worried that Gemma was mad at him! Plus, Sasha is exclusive to Prada, so she can't be in a Dior campaign!

The lipstick is called "Diorywood" though they have a similar one called "Pink Rose" or something... I love all the Dior colors.
