i thought it was the doo-ri shirt i spotted on hilary & the rodarte shirt on lily. damn, looks like i'll have to stop in at the gap today.

the gap's got it going on lately!

their new dresses are perfect for a summer night out (and cheap enough you're left with money to spend on a pair of sexy sandals). and now the shirts! definitely time to give gap a second chance.

just went to the gap and bought the doo-ri shirt on hilary, they fit a little larger than usual and most of the smaller and middle sizes are gone. but i'm sure the stores have more stock.
the doo-ri scarf shirt is the lightest/thinnest of them all and the long shirts are pretty voluminous, especially thakoon's shirt dress.
but the display is inspiring w/ a huge blow-up of the May Vogue cover in the window and B&W photos of carmen, liya and stella. i could stare at it all day!

Damn! My internet's down one morning and afternoon and I miss the news that these shirts are up today!

The small sizes are almost completely gone online, wish I could see the display, but I bet there is no sign of these dresses in my local, teeny tiny Gap.
