Will New York out the team behind Socialite Rank? That's what we've heard from a source, who says the magazine has pulled men's clothes for a Socialite Rank photo shoot.
The story supposedly hits next week - the same week that Isaiah Wilner's piece on socialite Olivia Palermo hits stands. Another rumor about the issue? Olivia is the cover girl.
Now comes this disclaimer: while I do write small shopping pieces for New York's website, we didn't hear this info from anyone at the magazine. In fact, they told us, "it's our policy not to comment on stories we may or may not be working on."
Accordingly, this rumor should be treated with extreme caution... but it's awfully fun to consider.
