Last week, ELLE showed us the return of logos. Today, their '90s flashback continues with an ode to Manic Panic, which they've renamed "Pop Lights." Among their proof-of-trend: Rachel McAdam's bubble gum streaks and Joss Stone's questionable red tresses. Meanwhile, the designers pulled for this story - Vivienne Westwood, Antoni and Alison, and Zandra Rhodes - are all based in London, where punk and ska influences still linger, street trends hit the runway more quickly, and catwalks are styled like a circus and not like a beauty pageant.
