Famed fashion stylist Isabella Blow has died.
The woman who discovered Alexander McQueen and championed eccentric British style and a slew of young designers, was found dead today - though no other information has been released.
I only met Ms. Blow once, at Camilla Al-Fayed’s birthday party last year. She wore a Philip Treacy hat and told me in a very firm voice that I should look beyond Proenza Schouler for fashion inspiration.
She scared the shit out of me, but I liked her.
