The LA Times has the first scoop on Jack and Meg's new clothes. As their latest record, Icky Thump, gears up for release, the team needs a new way to wear red and black - fans are already over striped t-shirts, rockabilly suits, and the way Meg swings a giant Stam bag for Jurgen Teller. This time around, stylist Brandy St. John created pearlized suits that shine with thousands of lacquered buttons that she sewed herself. The suits are inspired by 19th century Cockney style and are meant to vaguely reference My Fair Lady. Except to us, they look like Anna Sui's spring pirate collection... We're going to blame Keira Knightley and be done with it.
