Well, here’s something fun:
Rimmel will shoot their latest Kate Moss commerical this Sunday at Cain. The commercial will air exclusively on MTV, and besides Kate, it features a team of extras who will dance, flirt, drink, and generally pretend that cheesy nightlife in New York is still cool and Carrie Bradshaw approved.
No word on whether Ms. Moss will attend or whether this is just a background shoot, but the call sheet for potential extras is funny because it includes an Estee Lauder employee (clearly not part of the Rimmel family!).
Extras are getting paid $100 for 4 hours – roughly 70% of a Kate Moss for TopShop dress – and they’re forbidden from wearing lip gloss on set.
Perhaps Kate likes to be the only one shining…
