love the shoes, and the dress (i think though my eyes are still adjusting to so much color) the tights make it a bit matchy matchy, would have went with navy tights and the black purse, but shes def working such a crazy outfit so cheers to her!
i love it! it’s great when people are brave enough to wear bright colours. i get scared. and the length of the dress works really well with the heels.

LOVE the dress. Love the shoes. Tights are overkill. She looks happy though and her hair is cute.
