We'd never pay $650 for an espadrille, even if it was made by Christian Louboutin. But that doesn't mean we'd buy a blatant knockoff either - and we were shocked when we saw their latest incarnation on the pop shopping site, Oh Deer. Dubbed "The Chloe" (Sevigny? Philo?), this shoe has the same raffia trim, heel height, and back strap - and the red sole underneath is only slightly different than the Louboutin original shade, which is somewhere between lipstick and blood. As for where you can wear a straw-wrapped black patent leather stiletto, whether real or fake, your options seem to be... anywhere in LA, as long as you dress it down with denim and black... Or while riding a giant plastic tube of M.A.C Viva Glam lipstick in your underwear. Either way, you might be better off with a pair of cute French Soles...
