I think I like the first guy's long umbrella, as an accessory, more than his scarf. But scarves on men are better than most jewelry I can imagine them wearing, and a man likes to accessorize, from time to time, so I say, why not?

I agree, the first two look like blue states lose from a year ago... and it was a tired trend even then. The third, I like his scarf but I'm not sold on the jacket. The fourth looks fantastic.

Well, the first guy could be wearing one of those Henrik Vibskov scarves that look like keffiyehs, but are made of like a pattern of little cute piggies. They're huge in Scandinavia........

Some guys can pull off all black, but the third guy can't. Scarves on guys are generally very put together and attractive, unless they're painfully trying to look cool. The last man pulls it off beautifully.

The last guy looks so good because you can tell he's been doing it for years. The rest just look like trend followers. I do like the second guy though. He looks hip, albeit in a recycled urban outfitters way.
