It's close, but out of the two bags shown, I'd pick the LV...and not only b/c it's cheaper! ridiculous price anyway though.

I really hate to say it, but I haven't liked Marc Jacobs bags (not Marc by Marc I still love them) since about two years ago. I'm really not feeling the quilted purses with the chain strap AT ALL (the Stam is ok though, I guess). And like your post says, I've noticed these bags keep getting more and more expensive. What's the deal?

Marc Jacobs bags have completely gone out of control... I remember way back in the day when you could get a Stella for like, $950.
