We’re so jealous Lauren and Whitney are “assisting” Marc Jacobs this week that we haven’t even mentioned The Hills.

But yesterday’s Vena Cava event was too close to fiction for couch potato comfort.

For starters, one of the models never made it to the show - so casting director Douglas Perrett ran out onto Sixth Avenue, spotted a tall college girl, and begged her to be a mannequin.

She blended seamlessly - we couldn’t even tell which of the scrubbed and slouching girls with wide eyes and expertly tailored silk outfits was a Fashion Week virgin.

Of course it reminded us of Whitney’s pass in the DKNY show on The Hills… and just in case that weren’t enough, we swear we spotted “model” Justin Bobby scoping out the clothes, and / or the girls.

As Lauren Conrad would say, “Eeeew.”
