Julia RR! She was wearing THE dress from the Kate line. And I couldn't believe how well she pulled it off.

It was indeed Julia Restoin-Roitfeld. She wore the yellow version of the Kate Moss for Topshop eyelet dress that Irina's modeling in our graphic (and looked just as good).
