We’ve been keeping track of the camera clicks this week; when they all clack together and make a second soundtrack on the runway.
Believe it or not, it’s usually for Agyness – the sight of her sends them; you can hear it from your seat.
But at Paul + Joe, there was no Agyness, and instead the F-stop freakout was for sweater dresses with animals.
The backdrop was a lush wall of drippy plants; also seen at Stella McCartney and Kenzo. A secondary trend, and it’s weird – welcome to the jungle.
“You are from America?” asked the photographer next to us. “Paul & Joe is not so big there, yet.”
“Yet” is a good word, because we sort of do want the cat tunic…
