Last season, Cathy Horyn wrote an homage to the model Lara Stone, noting that not only was she gorgeous and age-appropriate (She’s 24! Go Lara!), but she also “walks like Lurch.”
After seeing the Stella McCartney show this morning, we can totally confirm -
In fact, we have a photo to prove it.
This isn’t just an awkward angle, although yes, it’s a bit awkward when you’re practically in Joe Berean’s lap.
Instead, it’s the shape Lara made during her entire runway strut, a rhythm of clunks and stomps we’ve only seen before in a tribal dance, or perhaps an epileptic fit.
It made us really adore Lara Stone, but it also made us think back to Top Model’s casting special, when Tyra slams Kristen McMenamy for not being able to walk, and then champions contestant Heather for her similar clumsiness…

it's because of the shoes. they don't fit her properly so she has a hard time walking
