wasn't it fo YSL's champagne perfume? it didn't really have anything to do with "dirtiness" -- though YSL's opium ad with naked sophie dahl was famously banned in britain.

Diddy's music video ad was banned on MTV for being too sexual.

It's probably something that Tom Ford did. He gets banned at least from one country each season, or so it seems.
