Graphic designers in fashion advertising (I'm one of them) often use editorial images from years past as inspiration for new campaigns. It's called "swipe" (natch). However, it's SUPPOSED to just be for mood and reference for the client and photographer. Whoever did this messed up BIG TIME. I blame the creative director and photog.
