Last month in Milan, we spotted this white tank dress at Marni.

We think the effect would be just as cute - maybe even more functional - if the garment was a long and roomy white tank top, and not a muscle dress.

Can you make a similar shirt, for under $30, using just these photos and some innate fashion brilliance?
