Streetwalker: All Dressed Up and Nowhere to Go

Got Her: On 11th St. and Avenue B

Stalked Her: Because the drizzly drear of last night lifted when we saw her ketchup colored dress - with a bubble hem.

A bubble hem!

Shot Her: Because we haven’t dressed up in soooo long.

This was a good reminder that we should.

She Says: “I’m from Germany, but I’m based in London. I’m a master goldsmith and all of the jewels I’m wearing, I designed myself and I made them myself, too. But the dress is from Zara!”

We Say: Raindrops keep falling on my red.

I like the outfit, it looks very much like something I would wear. Something weird seems to be happening in her boob area though. It doesn't look like it fits.

Oh, she's so very, very pretty. Her legs are lovely and I like that they aren't bare -- a different and super-ladylike choice. Although I am all about the round toes personally, or riding boots, and probs would have chosen a midnight-blue dress. Otherwise we could be cross-continental sisters. :p

But what really wins my heart is the church in the background. Upper East Village represent!

Not that she doesn't look very cute (she does), but did I miss an important memo here - bubble hems are all of a sudden newsworthy?
