Let me guess, is it Cecilia Maria Sara Isabel Ciganer-Albeniz nee Sarkozy or Jacqueline Bouvier née Kennedy Onassis.

I actually found a video of Lee Radziwill modeling YSL couture for an American magazine. Even though she was not a first lady she is a Princess. ;)

As far as I know, she was the only (American) first-lady model. I don't think Jackie O. modeled, though she sure was a fashionista.
