such a dull shoot. Something is off. Maybe the makeup and hair.... only 1, 3 and 4 are o.k if a little boring. Eh. Shes overated.

Agree with guest at 2:19. "Dull" is the right word. The clothes are blah, the makeup is blah, the jewelry is blah, etc.

I agree; Gemma's new editorial really is kind of bland and boring. But Doutzen's shoot is quite beautiful, and Daria Werbowy looks gorgeous in her editorial. It's a nice change for a leaping Trentini, that's for sure.

Somewhat off topic, but this editorial is completely turning the tables on what I thought about the shows. Nina Ricci looks elegant here - almost mother-of-the-bride (in a good way, but still). Balenciaga looks heart-stoppingly beautiful whereas I physically recoiled from the runway images. Jil Sander looks a little...dare I say slutty here? And the Burberry is much sweeter and less gaudy than it appeared on the catwalk. Really bizarre...
