if anyone went last year can someone prepare me for how packed its going to be? and would it be okay to come back late the 26th or is everything going to be gone?

i've seen this posted on a lot of sites/blogs so if you're going (which i most definitely am) get there early.
i don't remember if fashoinista covered this, but it might be a good idea to make "a guide to sample sales" or something like that.
my top tips:
arrive early, way early.
know your sizes so that you can grab it and try on later. for uniqlo, make sure that the sizes don't run smaller than normal stores (like h&m's do).

back again.
it was a pretty horrible sample sale. what really screwed over everyone who waited (most people showed up around 9ish) was the fact that uniqlo had a pre-sale and so all the cashmere and good clothes were gone. there were four, only four racks of clothes - two for men, two for women. completely not worth the wait.

boy am i glad that i decided to skip this. i was all geared up for it and then my insomnia got a hold of me. dozed off on the couch at 7:30 or so in the morning, woke up at 8:50 and chose to go back to sleep.
