ShopBop’s New Girls

shopbop model.jpgAfter what seems like an eternity of seeing the same few models on heavy rotation, ShopBop has decided to mix it up.


We noticed today that there are five new models added to the site, and so far, we like what we see.

They’re all quite pretty and don’t seem to make any weird faces. They’re also a little more reflective of the many backgrounds and races of girls who enjoy ShopBop (but still only a little.)

And what about the veteran models?

They’re all there (we checked), just not as frequently.

It even looks like they’ve been working on their poses.

Guess they got our memo?

the last girl is ava. she's with elite in new york and she's incredible.

The first girl is Jessica Orr, she is with Elite in Chicago, I know she also works in the midwest a lot, out of a Denver agency, Maximum Talent.

Love the new gals. The former still look like they're about to sneeze, or something doesn't smell so fresh, or whatever makes them pose so unbecomingly. Why not make like Bluefly and use monochromatic mannequins, and call it a day?

I especially like the second to last girl. Also, glad to see they've integrated the site.

Ugh, hate em all! Especially the one right below Ethnic Girl. I have named this one Attitude GIrl, for her attempts at looking defiant. Her hair is so wannabe-Posh, she just makes me sad. "Ava" looks like a horse.

The more they try to branch out, the more miserable that Redhead is going to look.

I'm so glad we are all involved in the unfolding Shopbob developments!
