The Irina Fan Club: Continued

We're all giggly over Style.com's new video of Irina Lazareanu, for the following reasons:

*She manages to talk for three minutes straight and say some really profound things, while making absolutely no sense.

*She looks the same before having her makeup done as after, because she's just that gorgeous.

*She introduces us to "Harper," who is actually "Harper Simon," who is actually "The son of Paul Simon," whom we guess is a substitute for the other son-of-rock-star Sean Lennon.

*She takes us to a party that happened three months ago.

*She shows us a little of her Mercer Street apartment, which is so big and so lovely (grrr).

*She wears little pink antennae on her head. Which just seals the whole thing for us.

well she also lives in paris as well. she shares the flat in new york with her friend, raegan.

I keep wanting to love her (gorgeous, great style, cool flat) but somehow, I just can't. Maybe it's utter jealousy over the ease with which she says, "My guitar is John Lennon's guitar. Present from Sean." or "I just met Leonard Cohen." Woe is I.

She seems very cool, if not a little self-absorbed (though in all fairness, I would be too). Does anyone else find the jolie laide thing a little passé?
