Everybody is freaking out about the economy now. If they’re not talking about interest rates or the looming recession, they’re pointing to the fact that the holiday shopping season has been exceptionally slow.
But since here at Fashionista we always try to think in terms of sales (as in, cheaper shopping, not retail stats,) something has just dawned on us:
If holiday shopping has really been as lame as the reports of been claiming, then where will all the holiday merchandise end up? The only logical response – post-holiday sales!
Do you think this Proenza dress could go for under $1,500? Could this Chloe bag be ours for under $500?
For the first time in our lives, we can’t wait until January.

Alison, I've always been a January hold-out. I hope your right and this year's booty will by more fabulous than years past!
