We never realized how cool false eyelashes could look until Fashion Week, when girls became sex bombs with a little bit of glue.
Now that the Sweet Charity vibe has transcended fad and become the way some girls want to look all the time, it’s getting even more tempting to visit Shu Uemura and see what they can do in their famed lash bar.
But then there’s the downside:
If false eyelashes aren’t applied perfectly, they can sadly look like this.
And there’s also a part of us that feels like they’re a little bit gross, just another enhancement along with lip plumpers and body-shaping tights that we don’t really love, or necessarily want to endorse, even if they look amazingly lush, sometimes.

I used to be a competitive ice dancer (don't judge), and would always wear false eyelashes for competitions and shows. When applied correctly they can look amazing. Unfortunately if you do not use the correct glue or do not put them on straight you look absurd. That poor girl, one would think that a broadway star would have a stylist or even just a friend tell her not to go out looking like that.
