We-ell, not to be terrible, because I approve of aging naturally, she does look like a bit of a gargoyle. If she gained 15 pounds, I bet her face would look at least 30% better. A lot of older women who are too lean end up looking gaunt like that. But I doubt she'd ever allow herself to gain even a little.
In the end, it doesn't matter. Her dresses rule, and that's enough.
