I saw Heather Mills trying on Stella sandals, trying them out to see if they were okay with her fake leg!!!!!!!!!

Just something funny I thought I'd email you!!!

Are you coming over for London Fashion Week again? The shows are gonna be super this season!!!

I'm a fairly new reader of Fashionista and have enjoyed much of the site's content. In this case, though, I say: shame on you. Nothing witty or informative or "fun" about this post. I won't be reading again.

I agree with the first comment. Its just unnecessary. Imagine losing a limb and the emotional/ psychological/ physical limitations and changes in your life. Disabilities are NO joke.

Looks like Faran wants to go out with a bang and stir things up before she leaves. I agree that this post was in poor taste, but considering this came from a stylist in the UK, it should be taken with a grain of salt. Keep in mind the dry British "humor."

Agreed. Obviously Heather Mills has a prosthetic leg and wears shoes, which she probably needs to try on before she buys them. I don't see why this is surprising or funny.

I actually think the funny part is the fact that Heather was purchasing Stella McCartney shoes, as opposed to the whole 'fake leg thing'.

If Stella found out about this she'd drive over and physically rip the shoes out of Heather's hand whilst smacking her over the head with a cow-friendly bag.

I think it's a bit late to make amends...and quite a strange way to do it!

I think this post is HILARIOUS, as Stella hates Heather, and recently made a fake leg charm to publicize that fact. It's horrible that HM lost a leg, but c'mon... lighten up.

I hate people that make generalizing assumptions. The humor was OBVIOUSLY that Stella hates Heather and so Heather trying her shoes on is pretty ridiculous. Being disabled doesn't automatically mean one is exempt from critiscism either. This post didn't even make fun of her leg, you obviously missed the point.

Yeah, I def thought it was about the Stella/Heather thing, and the prosthetic leg was more of a general fact...interesting people's minds jumped there straightaway.
