ELLEgirl Gets Pretty

ellegirl.jpgIf you haven’t already applied for that internship at ELLEgirl.com, you might want to get on that as soon as possible.

ELLEgirl has relaunched their site as of this morning - it’s peppier, pinker and generally prettier, definitely worth a few clicks throughout the day.

We especially suggest the “Pretty Girl” section if you want to learn about stuff like the history of glitter.

Or, you could be more like us, and just go straight to figuring out how “How to Date a Male Model”.

In case you’re not familiar with the site think of it as a good mix of the last shreds of Sassy and a cuter version of big-girl ELLE. So lovable.

Funny how Ellegirl is doing a piece about how to date a male model, while I'm shooting my thesis on male models getting dumped.

hmmm.

I don't have any interest in male models. Not because they aren't attractive, but because all of my friends are more attractive than I, and I know that if I introduced them, I'd be the one left behind.

Is this a post-Alloy Media and Marketing move? Anyone know what's up with that?

eek. That's way too much stimulation for me. Half their site looks like ads, when they're actually promos for their own articles. I don't agree that it's a good site, not at all.

male models are fine for dating for approx. one week -at most. but leave it at that. i've been there and done that and as pretty as it is on the outside, it can be really ugly on the inside. i hate to generalize & i'm sure there are plenty of exceptions but my experiences have all been bad.
