Lori Goldstein Needs An Intern

lori goldstein.jpgStylist Lori Goldstein needs an intern, like now.

If you can handle:

1. Managing the office

2. Checking in/out clothes

3. Following up on every detail imaginable

4. Keeping cool when major designers/celebrities call

Then send an e-mail to Rebecca.Grice@gmail.com with "Fashion Intern" in the subject line.

(Also, you must live in NYC, and actual fashion experience is preferred!)

And if/when Lori decides you're not a total psycho, she'll let you assist her on shoots - think Vogue Italia and V.

Bonne chance!

It really really sucks that I live in Europe/Belgium/Antwerp and that I have to study..I would be great for that job! :-(

I love these job postings. It makes me wish I were young again and could quit my job. But I have a question: is the site being paid for the postings or are you doing them as a favor? Either way, I enjoy reading them.

Dear guest@6pm,

We definitely are not paid to post these. Any time there's an ad on the site, it's clearly marked as "This is an Ad" at the bottom. We also don't post every job opening we hear about, either. Just the cool ones.

Guest@6pm, I have a similar problem... I am too young. I am 17 years old.

I would love to have an internship anywhere having to do with the fashion industry. I have been searching for anything, but I fear I must wait a few years. I would love more than anything to spend the summer studying the day to day life of a person in the fashion industry. Also, I live in Chicago, not LA or New York. Although I love being in all 3 places... Chicago is not really known for their fashion.

If you have any ideas for what I can do over the summer to get my foot in the door that would be amazing.

Thanks!
