WHICH socialite/sometimes editor threw a tantrum at a trendy boutique when informed that the credit card she was trying to use was unsigned? Instead of signing the card (it was definitely hers), she fiddled on her Blackberry and gave the cashier a death stare after refusing to make eye contact with anyone. Luckily (or not?) she was recognized, and so was able to purchase the clothes...

bryanboy: so that cashier's are then required to ask for a photo ID...it can help prevent credit card fraud. alternatively you could just write "see ID"
