Now that it's officially arctic outside, we're finally breaking down and buying a hat.
But we know from years' experience that most hats either slip off or get blown off, which means we'll have to go for something substantial.

Personally, I have a bad habit of leaving hats at parties once the booze warms up my ears. Accidentally forgetting a $200 hat would seriously ruin my night. But Stewart + Brown's got 3 styles of organic cashmere ear flap hats on sale for around $50. Tempting...
