a very unimpressive list this week. my least faves were def nicole kidman and erin fetherston (I don't think the dress flattered her in the least bit). I did appreciate Jessica Joffe for wearing the Miu Miu pumps that I covet.

Who are these people? It should be someones job to do a best-dressed-on-a-budget list, because that takes much more creativity and gumption than wearing the newest chloe frock. It's like, DUH.
