Streetwalker

Streetwalker: Haute Coat

Sarah Sallee.jpg Sarah Sallee, Fashion Publicist with Kas PR

Got Her: Right outside our door, on Mott Street near Prince, getting out of a car.

Stalked Her: Because her red coat was billowing behind her, and we had to see the rest.

Shot Her: Because her mix of five colors actually looks cool rather than crazy.

She Says: “The shoes are Pierre Hardy, the jacket is Gryphon, the bag is YSL, the scarf is Wolford, the dress - I don’t remember, the necklace is from Curve, and, oh, the coat, the coat is Matthew Williamson.”

We Say: Hand over that coat! You’ll still look good without it…

finally.. one of the few streetwalker outfits i like. but i think the coat is alittle too much, and is she wearing another leather jacket underneath? also, i think either the scarf or the snakey thing around her neck should go but overall A*

Know the saying (regarding accessories)... before walking out the door remove 'one thing'? It would have worked here too.

Wow, this outfit just says it all! This girl knows how to dress, she knows style, she's in the right field of work, everything about her just says NYC. And she's really hot! Regarding the messy hair, I think it's perfect!

I adore that red coat. I happened upon a vintage Searle trench coat a couple months ago in that exact same shade that I simply had to buy :) I get compliments every time I wear it!

the shoes aren't doing the trick for me, and I'd stick to 1 scarf per outfit, but all in all, I like it!

I would remove the hideous scarf and ONE of the belts...maybe the patent cinching one, the braided necklace one is interesting and unique. Patent cheapens an outfit sometimes...and besides, this one already has it on the lining of the "hate" coat...achem.
However, I love teh colors. Very.....Alessandro/Karl. Esp. the former becase of the asian detail on the royal blue silk dress, no?

Very cute girl, sweet and happy. But the look....too many trends - total fashion victim - and it shows. I can just picture her saying to herself as she went shopping "gotta have a mini dress, gotta have the booties, gotta throw something around my neck to make me look unique - gotta look effortlessly chic!" It's effortless alright, sans any type of chic. This just goes to show all the money in the world cannot buy taste.

I feel like I may have seen this girl wearing a big fur hat. She looked very much like a princess.

Love the outfit and looking forward to seeing you soon.

she looks like eliot spitzer's hooker...which really isn't a bad thing, but hooker nonetheless.
