unless marc designed the fabric himself, or has some sort of agreement with the fabric company, i don’t understand how this is copyright infringement if ASOS bought the same pattern at the fabric retailers.

Still love the original. I saw it two weeks ago on a short M by MJ shopgirl, and I liked it even better on her than on the runway. It moves beautifully, and she was seriously rocking it.
That textile company must be making a mint.
