ELLE Hits On Zandra Rhodes?

We adore the photographer Pete Miszuk and wish wish wish we were in London with him.

Meanwhile, on the ELLE blog, Pete wishes he knew the identity, and phone number and boxer-or-brief preference, of the woman at left.

We're pretty sure it's Zandra Rhodes, the legendary club kid designer of the '70s who's appeared in ELLE's pages a few times, and dressed Bianca Jagger, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Marisa Berenson.

Can any of our British babes give us a confirmation?

And then send her digits to Pete so he can ask her out?

Nope definately not her, Zandra Rhodes has pink hair and lives in San Diego now

It's not Zandra Rhodes - she always has pink hair and way more make-up. It's Virginia Bates who owns the vintage store Virginias in Notting Hill, a fave haunt of Kate Moss

The picture's a bit small but it does look like Virginia Bates. I believe she has a blog on (www.vogue.co.uk). La Rhodes has pink hair and usually wear whacko colours not monochrome.
