it's pretty lame, but the most ridiculous part about it is that is costs over $100. if you want a t-shirt with an illustration of cory on it (by moi) you can get it for about $20 email rachel vajda at rachelvajda@thefashiongallery.biz

Oh Cory Kennedy. I think Cory definitely has interesting style and I like to see the outfits she comes up with but I don't understand the extent to which she has taken this "celebrity" thing and it completely lessens her original appeal I mean a $100 t-shirt with her picture on it....

ya, i like this site, but there seems to be some kinda wierd sycophantic tone being set with the love for models (why?) and ppl like cory kennedy. i mean, worship for the designers is granted, but models? they don't really influence anything, and they get paid for propogating an unatainable aesthetic/body figure...i'm not sure why they are paid so much attention here. i mean, i get it, but i think it makes more sense to adore the fashion houses if anything because they are the ones who set the trends and are the essence of fashion...i hope this doesn't come off mean and femi-nazi-ish, but that's just what i think. but, i love the site anyways. keep the filler coming!

I think models are extremely relevant to fashion, and therefore this site.
it's similar to how actors are relevant to the film industry.
in terms of branding models are instrumental to certain brands- i.e. sasha is right for prada where as agyness wouldn't be. maodels simply continue a brands aesthetic.
i feel the model posts are one of the most interesting parts of this blogs as many other fashion sites don't really focus on them.

I am waiting for this hipster fad to be over, once they realize everyone looks the same they will stop...i hope. Isn't the whole point of dressing like a hipster to be different?? Cory should actually go to high school and stop partying.
Oh and the shirt, I seriously don't get it and its a huge waste of money.

I agree with: "it's really ironic that cory thinks she is any different from paris hilton."
The $100 price tag is on par with the price of all Ksubi shirts. Although I'm not saying its justified.
And the 1990 thing, I guess is a reference to her birth year? Or maybe just a nod to the 1990s fads coming back (they are coming back, didn't you hear?).

Well, models may be very relevant to fashion, and fashion to models, but sure that only goes to show how self-perpetuating, elitist and irrelevant to most people's lives this abominable industry is. I'm glad that someone has finally mentioned this embarrassing sycophantic attitude to models here. What's there to worship? Being thin? pretty? Able to look good in clothes? Barely pubescent? Is this REALLY worthy of this adulation? Why am I here? Believe me I wish I knew - it's the me that is constantly concerned I'm not good enough, thin enough or pretty enough that engages with the fashion world and its' unending production of desire and inadequacy. It's sometimes a relief to realise that it is upheld by such an inane and unaware community of people!

I guess I wouldn't mind the hipster thing or the Corey Kennedy thing if for one second I felt like any of these cooler-than-thou kids actually understood the history of the stuff they wear.
Everyone buys their style now-- a true hipster would be at a thriftstore, not buying some stupid crap with Paris Hilton on it.

I LOVE YOU.
I completely agree. Society is so decadent, models are idolized for the way they dress, and also because "normal" people want to be as thin as them, which I find pathetic and lame. Oh, fashion world, you frivolous place!

This shirt is completely ridiculous.
I think cory kennedy is an idiot, the only other shirts i've seen from tsubi ( i'm not changing it to ksubi since i've been buying their stuff from the beggining) are of michael jackson and britney spears. Both shirts poking fun of them. So if she "collaborated" with them on this, did tsubi pull the wool over her eyes or do people in austrlia really think she is that famous. NOONE besides wannabe hipsters know her. Except for people that make fun of her on fashion blogs.
She is just a sad little girl that doesn't know how to apply makeup correctly and dresses as "individually" as her little 17 yr old self can dress. Which by class and fashion standards is horrific.

I think Corey Kennedy the PHENOMENON is really incredible and noteworthy and sociologically meaty.
My guess is that CK the GIRL is a good kid whose images always ring kinda true, even when she mugs for the camera or whatever.
And my opinion re: CK the TEE is that I don't get it either, and I'm suspicious that there's actually anything TO get.

I have no problem with models, but I'd prefer to read about fashion on a fashion site. Not saying the models shouldn't be here at all but the amount of breathless posts about them seems excessive.
Cory's a cute girl, I guess, but I thought she was very 2006. Give us Alexa Chung.
