We hear from a booker at Kate's agency that Ms. Moss checked herself into the Mercer Hotel in Manhattan yesterday.
The unlikely rumor is that she's shooting a Marc campaign (again: UNLIKELY) but we think we know the real reason she's in town:
Because the boyfriend of Miss Moss, Jamie Hince, is in town for a Kills concert at the Bowery Ballroom.
The show's being thrown by NYLON to celebrate their latest cover ("The London Issue"). No word on whether Kate will attend, but it'll be fun to look for her -
Of course, she could be on that made-up Marc shoot instead (ha).

Oh, god, now everyone washed up is going to be in Marc's campaign. First Vicky B. went so right she emerged from the left, now Mz. Moz? True, she looks somewhat presentable in DK campaign, but that pout is getting old. Just retire already!
