Dress Me Down

hendrix dress.jpgHere's some good news; spring is almost here.

And what's our favorite part of spring? The clothes, of course.

We've been working out different imaginary outfits for the past couple months, but we know that when it finally does get to be 85 degrees outside, the only thing we'll want to wear is the thinnest, most uncomplicated dress possible, which usually calls for an interesting print.

So we recently fell hard for the Hendrix Dress handmade by designer Sarah Johnson.

We're already picturing it with bright, flat sandals, a little pouch purse and a messy bun combo.

But one word of caution: the dress is one-size-fits-all, which usually means that girls on either far side of the size spectrum are left out.

i love this dress. it looks sudanese inspired, no? if i weren't moving to egypt, i'd buy it immediately.

p.s. bright flat sandals, pouch purse and messy bun makes me so excited for spring!

I totally thought so too! And I think they named the dress really well cus it reminds me of a Jimmy Hendrix poster I once had. kind of hippy, kind of chic...

it's a bit risque, no? looks like a diagram of anatomy for an "opening" for something phallic.

I see the phallic resemblance ... I also see a model who is akin to Jael, she of the faraway voice on Top Model. Anyone?
