“Ever since childhood I have been paranoid about being the daughter of someone famous…I can’t say I don’t want fame…I take great pleasure in being seen…I don’t want to live the life of a star…I guess I enjoy it, though…In England you laugh at yourselves, in France we laugh at others…I’m p***ed off that we have a President who is wearing Prada…I love going to New York. No one cares there. I go to Starbucks in an enormous hat, dressed up as a boy, with a fake moustache. Everyone says: “What a lovely moustache.” —Lou Doillon in a rambling article she wrote for The London Times, to promote her new line for denim brand Lee Cooper.

Please can we talk about how much fun the moustache thing sounds.

She's clearly obsessed with herself. Oh wow Lou, you're sooo kooky wearing a moustache to Starbucks! What an adorably zany girl.
Pfft, It's one thing to get famous off a famous mother, but she needs to get her own style and atleast have a different haircut to Jane Birkin.
