The domain is registered under Hart & Larson, an ad agency, so I think option a) must be close to the truth!

Some people think it may be Teller spoofing himself. I personally think it is a genius way for an up-and-coming photographer to get a bit of publicity and get their name out there. The photos are hilarious, but also very good.

um. brilliant.
marc and jergen are lacking freshness (maybe except the posh ads, those were awesome). so, whether or not marc has anything to do with it, maybe the spoof will be the beginning of the end?
