Sex and the City: The Clothes

Mar 06, 2008 @ 9:31am

If you're anything like us, you're probably looking for a way to pass the morning before your co-workers come in and you can all finally complain, scream, squeal about last night's Project Runway.

And what better way to do that than with a little video about the clothes on set of Sex and the City?

It's pretty funny that SJP says the fashion is "reaaally different" right before you see her trotting down the street sporting a huge flower brooch.

We kind of wish they'd interviewed the interns - we're sure they'd have a lot to say about what makes it into the movie and why.

Either way, enjoy!

PS. How cute is Charlotte (ok, "Kristin") referring to the tables of bags and shoes as Mecca?

I love, love, love the clothes, ah Mecca!

I only hope that the movie isn't just about that. Part of what was great about the tv show was that it was character driven.
The clothes(at least at the beginning) were an awesome way to help tell the story.

the clothes ARE the characters. maybe even more so than nyc itself being a character. i can't wait to see it.
